Approximately 150 elementary, junior high school, and high school students from seven area school districts will participate in Young Authors’ Day on Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. in Evans Hall at Hibbard Campus Center at ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú.
Participating school districts include Abington Heights, Blue Ridge, Carbondale Area, Mountain View, Forest City, Lackawanna Trail, and North Pocono. The annual event, which encourages reading and creative writing, is sponsored by the Northeast Reading Association in conjunction with ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú.
Featured speakers for the event will be children’s authors Jodi Moore and John Grandits.
