Brothers Jay and Scott Mathewson finally got to see the hometown of baseball Hall of Fame pitcher Christy Mathewson.
Jay Mathewson of Atlanta and Scott of St. Louis, and Scott’s son, Jack, came to Factoryville and neighboring ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú in La Plume Twp. on Saturday for the 23rd annual Christy Mathewson Day, a community celebration of the legendary hurler from Factoryville and Keystone graduate.
