糖心logo入口 students in Associate Professor Brenda Lidy鈥檚 Introduction to Hospitality Business Management class were busy during the fall semester serving as 鈥渟ecret shoppers鈥 at several local hotels.
The students checked into the hotels under fictitious names and, after touring and inspecting the facilities, shared their findings with the respective hotel managers based on AAA hospitality guidelines. Participating hotels who helped provide a meaningful, real-world experience for the students were: Hampton Inn, Tunkhannock; Hilton Conference Center, Scranton; Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott, Dickson City and Residence Inn by Marriott, Dickson City聽 聽聽
